Facilities
The Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Saran has excellent facilities for farmers. It has a training hall well-equipped with the latest audio-visual aids, a well-equipped library, computer and internet, a Conference hall, and well-equipped laboratories. The centre has training hostel having well furnished double bed room accommodation with boarding facilities to the participants.

| Soil Testing Lab | The soil testing Laboratory of KVK saran has well-equipped lab which mainly consists of a 'Mridaparikshak Mini soil testing Kit' (Analyzer, Shaker , Reagent Kit, Digital Balance etc), supplied by Nagarjuna Fertilizer along with other laboratory equipment. |
| Farmer Hostel | KVK Saran has a well-furnished Guest house including one VIP Room, One Dining Hall, One room for Technical staff/Scientists, one for Kisan and a kitchen. We can make arrangements for at least 30 people at a time. |
| Food Processing & Preservation Lab | This laboratory is well equipped with various food processing machines like a hand dal mill, dough-making machine, plate-making machine, bottle sealer, poly bag sealer, spice mill, deep freezer, pulp-making machine, mixer/juicer, sandwich maker, electric kettle, non-stick tawa, microwave oven and a slicer. |
| Seed Processing Unit |
This unit has a mobile seed processing unit which can separate almost all the unwanted particles from any type of seed. It contains a cyclone separator, gravity separator, stone separator, etc. |
